Rock Cave
You've probably never heard of Rock Cave because few people actually have. Rock Cave is a short but grueling 45 minute hike up Little Rock Creek Canyon, which is located in the north-east corner of Springville, UT. The hike to reach the entrace is an 800ft ascent, much of it over loose gravel (so wear good hiking boots).
The entrance to the cave is near the top fo a ridge that overlooks the entire valley. In addition to a great overlook, there are some incredible rock formations near the entrance of the cave.
The cave itself is very narrow, being 2-4 feet wide in most sections. It is about 300-400 feet deep with a narrow but very tall opening at the end. Some basic climbing and stemming is required to navigate the deeper portions of the cave.
